The beginning of the "Leader LT" project

UAB "Karbonas" is implementing the project "Increasing the production productivity of UAB KARBONAS by implementing modern production technological equipment" (project No. VP2-2.1-ŪM-01-K-02-236). This project is implemented with support from the European Union European Regional Development Fund under the Priority 2 "Increasing Business Productivity and Improving Business Environment" of the Economic Growth Action Program, Measure VP2-2.1-ŪM-01-K "Leader LT", providing support of up to 3,601,990.00 Lt (up to 60 percent.) for the company.

The first device acquired under this program is the Resato ACM 3060 water abrasive cutting machine with a cutting area of 3000×6000 mm and two cutting heads, one of which is 2.5D and can cut at +/-45 degree angles. These replaced the first PTV production machines WJ-3020-2Z, which had served for 11 years and had become physically and morally obsolete. The new equipment was installed, tested, and operates excellently in the renovated workshop since mid-March of this year.
